I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, and United Healthcare. To use insurance, please contact me.

If you have a different insurance company that offers out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide superbills. Generally, PPO and POS health insurance plans offer some level of out-of-network coverage, while HMO and EPO plans typically do not. If you do have out-of-network reimbursement benefits, I have an optional platform available that will handle claim submissions and reimbursements for you.
