Blog
Through my blog, I hope to convey the extraordinary and very real phenomenon of the Inner Child and discuss its pivotal role in healing the suffering of our human condition. For those who feel called to explore further, my book Another Way: A Guide to Understanding the Inner Child and the Path to Reclaiming Our Divinity offers a more complete foundation. In it, I explore where the Inner Child comes from, how it shows up in our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how we can begin to build a secure, healing relationship with it—one that supports the resolution of past wounds and long-standing patterns.
You’ll notice that I use the word “God” throughout this material, along with terms like “Source,” “the Divine,” or “Spirit.” I use these words in an open and non-specific way. While “God” is often associated with Judeo-Christian traditions, here it simply points to the deeper well of spirituality that exists within us and around us. For many people, early experiences with religion, family, or culture have shaped an image of God that feels limiting or even harmful. It’s understandable, then, that some feel the need to turn away from the concept altogether. At the same time, in doing so, we can lose touch with a relationship to something larger than ourselves—the very ground from which healing can emerge.
So I invite you to approach this material with curiosity and openness. If questions arise along the way, you’re always welcome to reach out—I’d be glad to explore them with you.
