Love Heals What Fear Creates
As trapped steam looks for release, so does the energy of emotion. Being aware of trapped emotion is overwhelming. It feels overwhelming in our bodies. The point is to create a big enough space around it so it can breathe and release. Learning how to create that space for release is necessary.
Emotion arises from thought. Perhaps the thought is unconscious, but emotion that arises from thought is solidified in the body through belief. We believe that something bad will happen, and so feel it in our body. Thoughts that do not arise from love, arise from fear, and fear-based thoughts are traumatic in that they create an experience of separation. They separate us from the truth in ourselves, the truth of our oneness with God, and they convince us of our separateness from others and the occurrences in the outer world. All this solidifies separation, and like trauma, what is needed is to release its energy from inside our bodies. With this release comes a loosening of the thoughts and beliefs that created it.
There is nothing wrong with the part of us that is conditioned to think and believe from fear. It is not a part to eradicate or transcend, but just a part that is habitual. Its thoughts arise from past trauma, both of this lifetime, but also previous lifetimes, and most importantly, from the original thought of separation. We heal through noticing and releasing the trauma that is present, and teaching our Inner Child what is true. Love heals What fear creates.
